Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager who will manage daily business operations, support franchise owners, drive store sales growth, and coordinate with operations & marketing teams for brand development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily business operations across Multiple Franchise Stores.
Maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and support them in business growth.
Monitor performance of Operation Managers and Area Managers.
Review store sales, hygiene, SOPs, and customer experience.
Coordinate with the marketing team for store promotions, offers, and campaigns.
Analyze store performance and create action plans for improvement.
Identify business opportunities, location feasibility, and assist in franchise expansion.
Ensure timely reporting, problem-solving, and operational discipline across stores.
Skills Expected
Strong communication & leadership skills
Experience in franchise management or F&B operations
Ability to handle multiple stores and teams
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and operations preferred
Experience of 2-3 years in F&B, retail, franchise management, or business operations.
