Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Present and promote company products or services
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance client solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Qualifications
Minimum: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
