Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Research and understand market trends & competitor offerings
2. Client Interaction
Schedule meetings and product demos
Follow up with clients for requirements, feedback, and closures
Maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with customers
3. Sales & Conversion
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Present business proposals and negotiate terms
Convert leads into business opportunities
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, meetings, and closures
Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly
Provide accurate sales forecasts to management
5. Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, development, support) for client requirements
Assist in onboarding new clients smoothly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience
in Business Development / Sales
Strong communication & presentation skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
