Client Servicing / Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Client Servicing / Business Development Executive to support client relationships and assist in business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and grow in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and servicing existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Support business development activities such as lead follow-ups and client communication
Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and reports
Understand client requirements and help translate them into actionable briefs
Maintain client data and follow up on ongoing discussions
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of sales, client servicing, or corporate processes
Candidates from industry or corporate background preferred
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
