We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our IT services business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT sales, lead generation through freelancing portals and LinkedIn, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients. You should be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities using LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms.
Actively generate quality leads through freelancing portals such as Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and similar platforms.
Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to build strong relationships and schedule meetings.
Plan and execute new marketing and sales initiatives to support business growth.
Identify and develop new markets while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, drafts, and client presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in IT sales & marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT services including CRM, Web, and Mobile Development (preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle uncertainty effectively.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong IT fluency and comfort with online tools and platforms.
