Job Overview

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist)

who can

sell digital marketing services

and has strong experience in

Upwork bidding and client conversion

. The candidate should be confident in handling international clients and closing deals on freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Sell digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and Website Development. Identify, bid, and apply for relevant projects on

Upwork

. Write customized proposals and communicate with clients via Upwork chat, calls, and emails. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions. Follow up with leads and close deals. Maintain Upwork pipeline, leads, and client records. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover after deal closure. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as

BDE / Upwork Specialist

in a digital marketing agency. Proven experience in

selling digital marketing services on Upwork

. Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and online branding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good negotiation, proposal writing, and deal-closing skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
