Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our products in the market, expand business reach, and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market analysis, lead generation, and driving business growth. Experience in

poultry processing or feather collection

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Promote company products in the assigned market and identify new business opportunities Reach out to multiple customers, distributors, and business partners Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Collect market feedback and share insights with management Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in poultry processing or feather collection industry is a plus Prior experience in B2B sales or field sales
