: Business Development Executive - Job Portal Sales
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales for our job portal services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the company's recruitment solutions to employers and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and sell job portal subscriptions and recruitment solutions to companies.
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms.
Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable job portal plans and services.
Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase portal features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upselling.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in job portals or recruitment services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
