Qualification (Preferred)
BBA LL.B (Preferred)
- 4th or 5th year students may apply.
LL.B or LL.M
from a recognised institute.
Candidates with knowledge of
Corporate Law / Company Registration
will be preferred.
Experience is an added advantage but
not mandatory
.
Must be a
resident of Bhopal
.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of
Company Registration & Corporate Law
Good knowledge of
finance, compliance and annual reports
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
Strong client relationship skills
Ability to prepare proposals, presentations and maintain documentation
Good analytical and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of MCA, GST, Income Tax filings (preferred)
Profile / Job Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for
Company Registration, LLP Registration, Trademark, GST, and Corporate Compliance
services.
Coordinate with clients to explain legal and corporate services offered by the company.
Assist in drafting proposals, engagement letters, business plans and basic compliance documents under guidance.
Maintain client records, follow-up schedules, and prepare business development reports.
Work with the legal and finance teams to prepare
MIS reports, financial summaries and compliance timelines
.
Support clients in understanding annual filings, statutory compliance and corporate governance requirements.
Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials and social media content for branding.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and internal teams for client project execution.
Attend meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
Contribute to business growth strategies and new service development.
Participate in networking activities and outreach programs to expand client base.
