Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and result-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with

2-3 years of proven experience in IT

sales, client acquisition, and lead generation. The ideal candidate must understand the complete IT sales cycle, have hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn & Upwork, and be capable of generating consistent business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:



o Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.



Understand client requirements, propose suitable technical solutions, and create compelling business proposals. Work closely with the technical team to prepare estimates, SOWs, and project briefs. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting ? pitching ? negotiation ? closing deals. Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities. Maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and monthly business targets. Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and online communication.

Required Skills:



2-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (software/IT services preferred).


o Strong understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, Digital Marketing, and IT consultancy services.



Proven experience generating leads through LinkedIn Navigator, Upwork, email campaigns, or direct outreach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to prepare proposals, pricing documents, and client presentations. Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet monthly business targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Bonus Points For:



Experience working with international clients (US/UK/UAE/Europe). Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and technical terminology. Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers. Experience with bidding platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, or GoodFirms. Understanding of digital sales funnels and marketing automation tools.
