2. Client Coordination (if applicable)
Understand client job descriptions and hiring needs.
Share shortlisted profiles and coordinate interviews with clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent business.
3. Recruitment Operations
Handle end-to-end recruitment process--from sourcing to offer closure.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with both candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support
Conduct salary negotiations and share offer details with candidates.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.
Maintain records of hired candidates.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers.
Provide hiring status updates to management and clients.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a
consultancy or recruitment firm
.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good understanding of various industry domains and job roles.
