The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
Present and promote products/services to clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance skills and meet business objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.

Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
