Bheema Infotech is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to manage our Upwork and Freelancer accounts, drive sales through strategic outreach, and help grow our IT services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and optimize accounts on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
Identify and bid on relevant projects to acquire new clients.
Conduct cold calls and cold email campaigns to generate leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Drive sales for IT services such as mobile app development, website development, SEO, and digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in business development or freelancing platform management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Experience with cold calling and cold emailing to acquire clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of IT services like app and web development, SEO, and digital marketing is an added advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a proactive approach.
