Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Work on bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) to acquire projects.
Handle client communication and project coordination.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in business development or online bidding.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT services and digital solutions preferred.
