About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented
Business Development Executive
to drive the growth of our digital marketing and media solutions. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, and performance evaluation. Candidates with hands-on experience on platforms such as
Upwork
and
Fiverr
will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across multiple industries
Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities
Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients
Monitor and evaluate KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of business goals
Generate qualified leads through freelancing portals like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required;
MBA preferred
6 months to 2+ years
of relevant experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing
Prior experience or proven success in client acquisition through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Highly motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset
