Responsibilities:
1. Be the primary point of contact for new customers.
2. Communicate clearly and confidently to explain the platform's features and basic processes.
3. Coordinate with internal departments like Sales, Onboarding, and Support to ensure timely assistance to users.
4. Maintain accurate records of user interactions, follow-ups, and progress using the CRM system.
5. Help identify user intent and ensure they are smoothly guided through their next step on the platform.
6. Execute pitches, and presentations to clients, showcasing our value proposition and addressing their specific needs.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
