Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges and schools across different cities of Madhya Pradesh for promotional activities.
Conduct engaging
presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions
for students and faculty.
Generate leads through
cold calling, inquiries, and follow-ups
.
Guide and counsel students about courses, admission process, and career opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
admission and revenue targets
.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and event planning.
Travel extensively within assigned regions as per business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of experience in
education sales, counseling, or business development
.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across cities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Competitive salary + Travel allowance + Incentives based on performance.
