About the Role

We're looking for a driven and energetic

Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Executive

to become a part of our growing team. The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a foundational knowledge of the sales process, and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients. Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients through online sources, social media, and professional networks. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong business pipeline. Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Support the creation of proposals, client presentations, and project pitches. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue goals. Maintain and update CRM databases and lead tracking systems. Keep up with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. A goal-driven mindset with an analytical and problem-solving approach. Prior internship or experience in

Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation

is preferred. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
