Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, networking, and client outreach.
Pitch and present S&J's digital marketing and creative services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Collaborate with creative and operations teams to prepare proposals and marketing presentations.
Maintain detailed records of client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of proven experience
in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-driven, confident, and persuasive personality.
Familiarity with digital marketing services and social media platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
