Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Listing & Lead Generation:
Research and create targeted prospect lists based on company's niche and requirements.
Maintain a database of potential clients using CRM tools.
Cold Approach & Outreach:
Initiate cold calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
Engage with prospects on social media platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in campaigns to generate leads through online marketing channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies.
Sales & Closing:
Conduct product/service presentations and demos for potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
Meet or exceed sales and lead generation targets.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager/Head of Business Development.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Performance Metrics:
Number of prospects listed and contacted per month.
Leads generated and converted into clients.
Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
