Role Objectives



Drive

business growth

by identifying, connecting, and developing new B2B clients. Handle client interactions, present company services, and maintain strong business relationships. Support the sales cycle from

lead generation to conversion

Core Deliverables



Make

outbound and inbound calls

to potential and existing clients. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, or presentations as required. Provide

clear, professional, and client-focused communication

Skills Required



Mandatory:



Excellent

English communication

(verbal & written) Strong

interpersonal & negotiation skills

Ability to handle B2B client interactions with confidence

Preferred (Add-on):



Basic

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in

telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales


Experience



Hands-on:

Minimum 1 year in telecalling / client-facing / sales support role
