Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify, research, and qualify new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
Nurture client relationships and schedule meetings for senior management/sales team.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
Telecalling Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Allocate leads and monitor calling activities to ensure productivity and quality.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.
Prepare MIS reports on telecalling performance, lead conversion, and team progress.
Ensure adherence to scripts, calling guidelines, and professionalism during client interactions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in
lead generation, inside sales, or business development
, with at least 1 year of team-handling experience.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (English & Hindi proficiency preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools, Advance MS Excel, and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
