Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at IBR INFOTECH. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential business expansion opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Track sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment. Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
