We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to start or advance their career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through online research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
