About the Role:
As a #Business_Development_Executive, you'll lead client acquisition efforts, generate qualified leads, and collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to turn prospects into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage both inbound & outbound lead generation via social, email, and cold outreach
? Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & prospecting tools to build pipelines
? Perform data scraping and research for lead databases
? Share compelling proposals, pitch decks, and negotiation documents
? Drive upselling and cross-selling to boost client value
? Maintain accurate sales activity logs using Zoho CRM
? Collaborate with design, marketing & production teams for a smooth client experience.
We're Looking For:
? Excellent verbal & written communication skills
? Strong knowledge of sales tools, CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
? Prior experience in creative agencies, B2B, or SaaS
? Proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset
? Ability to handle global clients with professionalism & clarity
