We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business through online portals, writing proposals, client communication, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
:
-Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
-Prepare and submit high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
-Generate leads, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
-Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
-Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
-Maintain CRM/records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
Requirements
:
-1-2 years of experience in online bidding and lead generation.
-Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, platforms.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
-Ability to draft proposals and negotiate with clients effectively.
-Basic understanding of IT services, software development, web & mobile apps, digital marketing (preferred).
-Goal-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
