We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (IT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and an understanding of the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various platforms ( LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.)
Generate leads and convert into clients
Build and maintain strong client relationship
understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver proposals and close deals
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing , or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT sales / business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an advantage
