to help us expand our customer base and grow our wholesale kidswear business. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify potential customers (retailers, resellers, distributors) through calls, online platforms, or in-person visits
? Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build strong relationships
? Share product details, offers, and new arrivals with clients (via WhatsApp, calls, video meetings)
? Take orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
? Follow up with clients and resolve client queries
? Maintain proper records of inquiries and customer interactions
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling
MS Excel and Tally knowledge is a plus
A go-getter attitude and willingness to grow with the company
