Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties



? Generate leads and drive international sales for web and mobile app development, SaaS

products, and custom software solutions.

? Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with overseas clients,

particularly in international clients.

? Lead and manage bidding processes on portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and similar

platforms.

? Create tailored sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations aligned with project

requirements.

? Coordinate closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth handovers and project

alignment.

? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and

follow-ups.

? Maintain accurate sales data and lead tracking in the CRM in a GDPR-compliant manner.

? Ensure that all outreach, data collection, and communications align with GDPR and internal data

protection policies.

? Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to enhance offerings and pricing

strategy.

? Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications



? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

? Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales, including international market exposure and

bidding.

? Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and

close deals.

? Strong understanding of client needs, especially in custom software and digital product domains.

? Familiarity with bidding platforms and CRM tools.

? Knowledge of GDPR and responsible data handling practices in client interactions.

? Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

? Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills.

? Prior experience working with clients in the EU/UK/US markets is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
