We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in client acquisition for digital marketing and software development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and driving growth through various platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
Prepare and send compelling proposals and quotations to clients.
Handle the complete client onboarding process -- from first interaction to final closure.
Make cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective leads.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to deliver the right solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement outreach strategies.
Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipeline, and weekly reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development in a digital marketing or software development agency.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer for lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and presentations.
Knowledge of basic sales and marketing concepts.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
