Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new client leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media. Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business partnerships. Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver quality candidates. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiate terms of business and close deals. Maintain and update CRM tools and sales reports regularly. Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in recruitment or HR services). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
