Job Summary:

AmsOne Integration Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build client relationships for IT services. Handle international sales & client acquisition Develop & maintain relationships with global clients Manage CRM tools & track sales pipeline Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Negotiation & Deal Closing - Persuade, influence & close sales effectively. Hunt for leads via Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, LinkedIn, Fiverr.

Key Skills Required:

3+ years of experience in IT services Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and deal structuring. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Experience in proposal writing and client communication. Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools Prior experience in IT services or technology sales is preferred. Target-driven approach with the ability to work independently
