Communicate event value propositions clearly and confidently to senior professionals
Achieve daily and monthly confirmation targets
Maintain accurate delegate data and follow-up records
Build and nurture professional relationships with industry stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality delegate attendance
Handle objections and convert leads into confirmed delegates
Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations before events
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence while speaking to CXOs, Directors, and senior managers

Punctual, disciplined, and professional approach to work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email)

Experience in delegate acquisition, B2B sales, tele-calling, events, or corporate sales is an added advantage
