We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on the education sector. The role requires a clear and confident mindset, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and a proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business deals.
You'll be expected to travel within and outside the city / outside the job location - although the extent to which this is the case will depend on where the Client is based.
Manage the sales pipeline, track leads and opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing proposals and presentations.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and progress toward targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Requirements
Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in the digital marketing industry, advertising & media industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to achieve sales targets by bringing in a specified number of new clients within the timeline is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
