We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth in the ACE (Architecture, Construction & Engineering) sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the ACE (Non-IT) sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into business.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in ACE / Non-IT sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
