Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role may also require coordination with operational and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Experience & Skills
Proven B2B sales experience with strong negotiation and client relationship skills
Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and international shipping
Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Team player with experience working with operations teams
Proficient in CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales preferred
