Key Responsibilities:
Bidding and Proposal Management:
Identify and bid on relevant job opportunities across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, and others.
Craft compelling proposals tailored to clients' needs, ensuring competitive pricing and effective communication.
Maintain and expand a consistent pipeline of inbound and outbound leads through these platforms.
Lead Generation & Presales:
Engage with potential clients through
email marketing
, cold emailing, and
tele-calling
campaigns to generate leads.
Nurture leads and builds relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
Understand client requirements, provide technical pre-sales support, and collaborate with the delivery teams to propose suitable solutions.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Track competitor activities and identify gaps in the market for new offerings or services.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Act as the first point of contact for clients and provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless project delivery and service satisfaction.
Social Media & Content Creation (Nice-to-Have):
Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create engaging content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos to promote services and engage the target audience.
Edit and produce promotional videos or client testimonials for use across various marketing channels.
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the IT services industry.
