About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Research & Inside Sales Executive to support our business development and leasing teams. This is a purely office-based position focused on property research, data management, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1.Conduct research on commercial properties across Pune
2.Identify, compile, and verify property-related data using online portals
3.Maintain accurate records in Excel sheets and internal CRM systems
4.Coordinate with sales, leasing, and site teams for data support
5.Prepare structured property listings, reports, and summaries
6.Support inside sales activities through verified and updated data
Eligibility & Skills
1.Graduate in any discipline (BBA / BCom / BA / BSc / MBA preferred)
2.Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply
3.Basic proficiency in MS Excel and internet research
4.Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
1.Salary Range- ?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
