We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at Tensai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns/projects

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

Requirements:

Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
