Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in
Field Sales
(Construction or Building Materials industry preferred).
Age:
Up to 40 years.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Associate Degree, or equivalent.
Languages:
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
is essential for effective communication.
Travel:
Must be willing to travel extensively within Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and Dombivali.
Having a personal bike is highly preferable.
Gender:
Male (as per field requirement).
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication.
Persuasive negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Deep understanding of building material
