Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across services and solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Handle and close business deals

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Track market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
Key Requirements:
More than 1 year of experience in Business Development.
Mandatory experience in dealing with client budgets and revenue in lakhs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently generate and close new business.
Understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
B2B sales experience.
Exposure to services, software, SaaS, or staffing domains.
Experience with domestic and/or international clients.
