We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0 to 6 Months of IT industry experience who can handle the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to lead closure. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing exposure, LinkedIn lead generation skills, client communication, and documentation & quotation handling experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Marketing
Generate qualified IT leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other digital channels
Execute outbound and inbound marketing activities to build a strong sales pipeline
Research target companies, decision-makers, and market trends
Sales & Lead Closure
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
Conduct requirement discovery calls with clients
Present IT services/solutions effectively to prospects
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
Client Communication
Take calls with domestic and international clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Documentation & Coordination
Prepare and manage sales documentation (proposals, agreements, emails)
Create and share quotations based on project requirements
Assist in drafting or coordinating s (JD) as per client needs
Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
0 to 6 Months of experience as a BDE / Business Development / Sales Executive in the IT industry.
Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and IT marketing
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with client calls, documentation, and quotations
Basic understanding of IT services (Software Development, Web/App Development, QA, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with startups or service-based IT companies.
Knowledge of proposal writing and pricing models.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
