Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on business leads through calls, meetings, and field visits
Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders
Present and pitch company products/services effectively
Convert leads into clients and support onboarding
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct basic market research and identify new opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
Background in
Sales /
Loan Distribution & Partner Network/
Hospitality / Airline industry
(experience or relevant exposure required)
Strong communication, customer-handling, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with targets, client interaction, and field work
Graduate or MBA preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in hotels, airlines, travel, retail sales, front-office, relationship management, or direct sales
Confident, presentable, and service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
