About the Role:-

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive (B2B Sales - Inside & Field) to join our growing team at Indio Networks Pvt. Ltd. This role involves both inside sales (lead generation, client communication, and proposal management) and field sales (client visits, product demonstrations, and relationship management). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and promote networking and connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.



Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct meetings--both virtually and in person--to discuss customer requirements and demonstrate product solutions. Present and promote the company's networking and connectivity products effectively. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents as per client needs. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions. Manage and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records. Attend product training sessions and industry events to stay updated with trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements.



Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., or MBA preferred. 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, networking, or telecom industries. Strong understanding of networking and technical products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
