Job Description

1. Role Overview



Handles inbound and outbound calls with students and parents to promote hostel properties, manage leads through CRM, and ensure conversions through effective communication and objection handling.

2. Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to convert hostel booking leads. Explain property details, pricing, and facilities to parents and students. Handle objections confidently and ensure smooth follow-ups. Update and manage all leads and follow-ups in CRM accurately. Coordinate with the property and accounts team for visit scheduling and payments.

3. Required Skills & Attributes



Strong communication and convincing skills. Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi. Basic CRM and computer knowledge. Target-driven and disciplined work approach. 6 months-2 years of experience in telesales preferred.

Qualification & Experience



Minimum : Graduate in any discipline. 6 months - 2 years of experience in Business Development, Cold-calling / CRM operations. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
