We are a small but growing company, and we are looking for a
hardcore field sales / business development person
who enjoys being in factories, meeting purchase and maintenance teams, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit
target factories/plants
in your assigned territory (chemicals, pharma, cement, food, engineering, etc.)
Meet
Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Production
teams to understand their current filter fabric requirements and suppliers.
Generate
new enquiries
, arrange
samples
, and follow up for
trials
.
Support customers during trials - coordinate with our plant, understand performance feedback, and ensure timely deliveries.
Work on
vendor registration / vendor approval
with new customers.
Maintain a
strong visit and follow-up plan

Frequently visit new factory every week
Regular follow-ups on open enquiries and trials
Maintain an updated
for your territory.
Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and customer needs.
Candidate Profile
Must-have:
2-6 years
of experience in
industrial B2B field sales
Experience dealing with
purchase and plant teams
in factories
Comfortable travelling within the territory and spending most of the time on field
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp for business)
Good-to-have:
Experience selling
filters, technical textiles, or industrial consumables
Existing contacts in chemical / pharma / engineering / cement plants
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (not mandatory if experience is strong)
