Business Development Executive

to help generate leads, bring new clients and support the growth of our BPO business. f you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and building strong relationships, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business leads for our BPO processes (Sales / Customer Service). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities Prepare proposals and quotations when required and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

Requirements



Excellent communication and presentation skills. 1-3 years experience in Business Development Ability to generate leads and convert them to business. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets Relevant experience in sales or business development is preferred Education - Any Bachelor's degree /

Business Administration

, Marketing or a related field.
Salary - Rs30,000 - Rs40,000 Plus Incentives
