We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in the toolroom or manufacturing sector. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating leads, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new clients within the toolroom/manufacturing domain.
Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms.
Meet assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
Coordinate with design, toolroom, quality, and production teams for smooth project execution.
Track job progress and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Maintain CRM entries and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Participate in client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of manufacturing/toolroom processes.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Education:
Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical, Production, Tool Engineering, or a related field.
