We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base securing orders from retailers, distributors, sports clubs/academies, and institutional buyers. The role focuses on core sales, lead generation, client acquisition and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective clients (retailers, distributors, sports clubs/academies, institutions) for sports equipment and gear.
Generate leads, conduct sales meetings or calls, present products and close deals.
Maintain and manage a sales pipeline; meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams -- production, logistics, order processing -- to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition -- ideally in manufacturing, sports goods, related sectors or any other.
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target oriented, proactive and result-focused mindset.
