Business Development Representative (BDR) -



Location : Dahisar,Mumbai

Mode : Work from Office.



Role Summary:



The Business Development Representative is focused on outbound prospecting to identify and create new sales opportunities for the company. BDRs research target accounts, initiate outreach, and qualify potential clients to hand off to the sales or account executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and research high-potential prospects and new markets. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify leads through discovery calls and assess business needs. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting. Maintain detailed records of outreach and lead progress in excel sheet Meet and exceed targets for outreach volume, meetings set, and opportunities created.

Key Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and curiosity about customers' businesses. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of sales techniques and lead qualification methods.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
